Dissociative identity disorder is a severe mental disorder. About 1.5% of people worldwide have dissociative identity disorder. We have shown the challenges of a person suffering from dissociative identity disorder in this short film. Research shows that Patients with this disorder frequently engage in self-harming behaviour and attempt suicide. This short film fills a void in the mainstream media's positive coverage of this disorder. People will then be better able to understand the significance of DID, which will result in constructive social change. It is an effort to introduce a desperately needed positive narrative into the discussion around dissociative identity disorder This short film provides an insightful portrayal of the signs and consequences of DID on the lives of sufferers and those around them.
